Our CSA

Farmer and Eater Unite!!

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an alliance between farmers and eaters. Families and individuals who join the CSA receive a share of produce every week for 24 weeks during the growing season (mid-May thru October). In exchange, members sign a contract for the season, agree to pay in advance, and help with the harvest several times throughout the growing year. Both partners share in the risk and rewards of small-scale farming: weather, insect damage, and bumper crops.

BADSEED currently offers 10 CSA shares. Prices are $500 for a full share that includes 7-9 items per week, or $360 for a partial  share that includes 4-6 items per week.

Sign-up occurs in February of each year. E-mail Brooke at brooke@badseedfarm.com to get on our waiting list for the 2010  season.
